Dave Marquez is the founder, managing principal, and lead designer of MmD Architecture. With more than 25 years of professional experience, Dave is widely respected for his passion and commitment to design excellence, as well as his ability to translate strong ideas into built form with clarity and discipline.
Dave leads projects hands-on from concept through construction, exercising authorship at critical decision points. His work balances creative vision with technical rigor, ensuring that design quality is not compromised as projects move from idea to reality.
His experience spans custom residential, multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial architecture, and master planning is supported by deep familiarity with entitlement processes and municipal review. This combination enables him to guide complex projects with confidence while maintaining a consistent standard of design excellence.
