Expansive windows draw light deep into each unit, and the exterior material palette of white brick, dark charcoal metal panel, black aluminum framing, and black steel railings and fencing gives the project a refined, modern character that commands the corner while complementing the strong design aesthetic of 44th Office Works directly across the street.
